Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; 3 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to document, plan, and execute programs

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality and development activities includingQualifications, action plans, audits and performance monitoring
• Lead or support small projects with low risk; collaborate to achieve consensus and drive improvements in supplier quality processes
• Travel up to 50% for the first 6-12 months as part of role onboarding and supplier engagement
