Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a skilled Supplier Quality professional to drive quality for assigned suppliers, implement quality plans, and select partners through qualification processes. The role owns supplier results, drives improvements via scorecards, and leads audits to ensure compliance, with travel demands up front.

The candidate will use best practices, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and steer improvement plans where needed to achieve excellence in supplier performance and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 4 years of quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in quality, manufacturing, or supplier quality roles.
• Roles include supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and development of suppliers to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier quality assurance and development
• Perform supplier qualifications, action plans, audits and monitoring
• Lead small projects with moderate risk and resources
• Communicate clearly, document plans, and drive consensus
• Prioritize data analysis and use internal and limited external sources to decide actions
