Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required and California Bar active.
• 4+ years of litigation experience, including subrogation or insurance defense.
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.
• Experience with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal research platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex auto and property subrogation matters from investigation through resolution.
• Develop recovery strategies and negotiate with carriers and third parties.
• Represent Allstate in hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Provide guidance to claims teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor evolving laws and advise on impact to recoveries.
• Travel within California for trials as needed.
