Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems’ Weapons Systems unit seeks a Staff (Level 5) Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist for a remote US position on a 9x80 schedule. You will source, negotiate, and manage high-value contracts, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and coordinate with internal stakeholders across contracts, legal, and engineering.

Responsibilities include developing subcontract documents, cost/price analysis, and driving supplier performance with Lean Six Sigma methods, while building strong

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree & 12 years of related experience, OR a Master’s & 10 years, OR a PhD & 8 years.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS or equivalent.
• Experience drafting HOA & Long-Term Pricing Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontract sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, administration, and closeout.
• Assess supplier performance and cradle-to-grave subcontract lifecycle management.
• Identify cost-saving and risk-reduction strategies through negotiations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex subcontract agreements and NDAs.
