Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services seeks a Senior Strategy Associate to partner closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, launch initiatives, and implement improvements across the organization.

This role requires strong analytical and quantitative abilities, excellent executive communication, and proven project leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another STEM-related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5 years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives with unilateral ownership to Executive leadership.
• Frame business challenges using structured problem-solving to test hypotheses and develop solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.
• Develop and present executive-level analyses, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership.
• Own data analysis, insights gathering, and report creation to improve decision making.
• Mentor junior team members and demonstrate leadership through accountability and collaboration.
