Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead category development, strategic procurement, and sourcing execution. You will drive supplier selection, manage performance, and oversee RFx processes with cross-functional teams.

Remote role across the United States, with CST/PST hours consideration. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in procurement/sourcing, a BA/BS in a related field, and experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Ivalua, plus strong Excel/Google skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing.
• 6+ years sourcing software and complex technology services.

Responsibilities

• Develop category management plans and sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and performance targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements and execute supplier initiatives creating value and reducing risk.
• Develop analytical reports on savings, metrics, and KPIs to monitor progress.
