Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management and/or project leadership.
• PM skills, contract administration, and knowledge of national codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the overall project to ensure success through budget, schedule, communication, and risk management.
• Develops the overall budget and ensures proactive budget control for sub-teams.
• Develops the overall schedule and monitors progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develops preliminary engineering designs to meet project needs and monitors scope changes.
• Leads multiple teams and provides oversight to ensure project success and timely decisions.
