Job summary

Vetcove Inc. is seeking an exceptional events leader to own our most important in-person experiences, from multi-day leadership summits to retreats and team offsites.

You’ll manage everything from venue selection to budgeting, programming, logistics, and hospitality with autonomy and strong taste. You will craft highly detailed plans, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate internal teams to deliver memorable experiences that reflect our brand and values.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience owning complex, high-touch events from start to finish.
• Attention to detail and attendee-centric thinking for memorable experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple decisions, vendors and logistics simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own events end to end, from idea through planning, execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Lead flagship gatherings, retreats, and team offsites with 200+ attendees.
• Develop detailed plans for venues, programming, travel, and hospitality.
• Source hotels, venues, restaurants and partners; negotiate favorable terms.
• Act as owner across internal teams and external partners with minimal supervision.
• Anticipate challenges and solve issues quickly and calmly.
