You will lead a team of strategic content professionals, coach them, and ensure scalable output across industries and service lines.

The role emphasizes thought leadership development, narrative frameworks, and collaboration with executives to drive differentiated market positions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership or journalism
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including coaching and performance management
• Experience within professional services, technology services firms or B2B enterprise organizations
• Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities

• Manage workload, capacity and prioritization across multiple content initiatives

• Develop narrative frameworks and messaging aligned to enterprise priorities and service-line growth
• Translate research and market intelligence into thought leadership themes and content strategies
• Partner with executives and SMEs to shape differentiated market positions
• Support executive thought leadership programs and ensure consistency across enterprise narratives
