Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Content Development to lead CRE-focused thought leadership, executive communications, and market-facing storytelling in the U.S. You will partner with senior leaders and SMEs to convert complex topics into compelling narratives for client and internal audiences.

The role emphasizes multi-channel content, presentation storytelling, and coordinating across regions to strengthen our brand and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, English, PR or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in strategic content, thought leadership, executive communications, or professional services marketing.
• Experience in consulting, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or similar professional services.
• Experience developing thought leadership programs.
• Experience using generative AI for ideation and research.
• Proven ability to write for senior executives and SMEs.
• Strong interviewing and collaboration skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content initiatives aligned with business priorities, growth objectives, and market opportunities.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify trends, client challenges, and topics.
• Lead creation of articles, white papers, reports, blogs, and executive commentaries.
• Establish and manage editorial calendars for market visibility.
• Ensure content reflects brand voice and quality standards.
• Create and refine executive presentations and keynote materials.
• Translate complex topics into clear, visual narratives and storytelling.
