Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of enterprise backup, storage, or data protection experience.
• Experience with IBM Storage Protect, Rubrik, Commvault, or similar.
• Experience with VMware, Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise backup and recovery architectures.
• Engineer scalable backup solutions across physical, virtual, cloud, SaaS, and containerized environments.
• Develop and maintain backup standards, recovery procedures, operational runbooks, and engineering documentation.
• Lead backup platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Establish and maintain recovery service levels, recovery objectives, and testing standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, application, and business stakeholders.
