Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to establish and scale reliability practices across several application teams. You will define SLOs/SLIs, embed reliability templates, and drive production readiness through Dynatrace and code-based controls.

You will own incident response, blameless reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with platform and engineering teams, delivering measurable improvements in deployment reliability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• SRE fundamentals including SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and DORA metrics.
• Hands-on with Dynatrace for RUM, monitoring, dashboards, and tracing.
• Strong CI/CD and release engineering knowledge across pipelines.
• Experience with IaC and automated reliability checks.
• Ability to operate in cloud-native architectures and blue-green deployments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale SRE practices via a Center of Excellence.
• Embed reliability into multiple application teams with templates and processes.
• Define and manage SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and targets.
• Configure reliability objectives in Dynatrace with code-based changes.
• Improve alerting and incident response with runbooks and integrations.
• Integrate production readiness checks into CI/CD and release gates.
• Track and report DORA metrics and link to SLO performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident recovery.
• Lead blameless post-incident reviews and improvements.
• Communicate progress and risks to owners and leadership.
• Coach teams on SRE best practices and reliability champions.
