You will lead the development, reliability, and secure operation of Kubernetes-based platforms supporting highly regulated environments, while driving automation, scalability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong Kubernetes production experience (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Experience with regulated cloud environments (FedRAMP High/DoD IL5).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, deployment, and support of enterprise Kubernetes environments.
• Establish reliability standards via SLOs, SLIs, and monitoring strategies.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in incident management, on-call support, and RCAs.
