Piper Companies is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join a government-focused technology team supporting mission-critical infrastructure and platform operations. The SRE will manage Kubernetes environments, develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and drive improvements in stability, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SRE/DevOps/Infra with hands-on Kubernetes.
• Experience building IaC with Terraform.
• Secret clearance eligibility required.
• Strong Linux and cloud infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain production Kubernetes environments.
• Design and manage Terraform-based infrastructure deployments.
• Enhance monitoring, observability, and incident response.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve platform performance.
• Develop automation to reduce manual ops.
