Zocks AI is hiring a Senior Sourcer to own outbound candidate strategy across open roles - not a coordinator role, not a generic queue. You'll build pipelines of passive candidates from scratch, run your own outreach campaigns, and partner directly with hiring managers and leadership on search strategy.

Most of your day will be spent finding people who weren't thinking about a new job - and giving them a reason to start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally from an agency, retained search firm, or outbound-focused in-house team.
• Fluency in Boolean/X-ray search and passive-sourcing techniques, beyond basic filters.
• Proven track record of engaging and converting candidates not actively looking.
• Demonstrates scrappiness and resourcefulness in hard-to-find paths.
• Comfort with a high volume of no’s; treats it as data to optimize outreach.
• Strong written communication and end-to-end ownership of searches.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sourcing for all roles, especially where pipelines are thin.
• Conduct high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns and long sourcing cycles.
• Have real conversations to sort signal from noise before handing off to the hiring manager.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to focus outbound efforts where it matters.
• Be the first impression of Zocks for candidates, delivering a positive experience.
