Job summary

Zocks is seeking a Senior Sourcer to own outbound candidate strategy across open roles. You’ll build pipelines from scratch, craft outreach campaigns, and partner with hiring managers and leadership on search strategy. Your day-to-day is finding people not actively looking and giving them a reason to consider Zocks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in agency, retained search, or outbound-led teams.
• Fluency in Boolean/X-ray search and passive-sourcing techniques beyond filters.
• Track record of engaging and converting candidates not actively looking.
• Scrappiness in using tools or creative channels to gain access.
• Resourcefulness when common channels fail.
• Comfort with high no's and silence, using it as data.
• Adaptability to shift strategy mid-search when needed.
• Strong written outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox.
• Full ownership of end-to-end searches without handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound sourcing for all roles, even when pipelines are thin.
• Hunt passive candidates using Boolean, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
• Run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns with long sourcing cycles.
• Have real conversations to sort signal from noise before a handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to prioritize outbound efforts.
• Be the first impression of Zocks for candidates and make it a good one.
