Zocks Communications, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sourcer to own outbound candidate strategy across open roles. You’ll build pipelines from scratch, run your own outreach campaigns, and partner directly with hiring managers and leadership on search strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally from an agency, retained search firm, or an in‑house team built around outbound.
Fluency in Boolean/Xray search and other passive-sourcing techniques.
Proven ability to engage and convert candidates who weren't looking.
Ability to run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns.
Strong written communication and direct collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Own outbound sourcing for any role where the pipeline is thin or inbound alone isn't enough.
Hunt down passive candidates using Boolean and other search methods.
Run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns with long sourcing cycles.
Have real conversations with candidates and hand off to the hiring manager.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to focus outbound effort where it matters.
