Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer for the East-Coast pre-sales team. This remote role requires being located in the US Eastern Time Zone and focuses on Enterprise Federal Cloud Infrastructure clients.

You will partner with Account Executives to drive technical discovery, product evaluations, and tailored demonstrations. As the technical owner, you will deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across customer environments, earning credibility with engineers and

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or similar.
Strong hands-on capability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work.
Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with account executives.
Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, pain points, and success criteria.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations linking Coralogix to real customer use cases.
Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.
Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
Collaborate with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, and security use cases.
