Job summary

Exein S.p.a. in the Americas is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive customer engagements, present and demo our software, and guide customers from initial discussions through post-deployment support.

The role acts as chief technologist and trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle, coordinating with sales and R&D, shaping technical strategy, and ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Linux/Yocto, ESP32, Zephyr, and embedded build systems.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and deployment environments.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (mother tongue) with strong communication.
• Experience developing custom integration software for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with the full lifecycle of an embedded product.
• Ability to translate technical knowledge into proposals, demos, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Act as chief technologist for customer accounts and a trusted advisor to their technical teams.
• Lead technical discussions, explaining how Exein’s portfolio and architected solutions address customer requirements.
• Engage with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and deployment environments.
• Deliver our software products, ensuring they meet customer needs and specifications.
• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Manager and the R&D team to ensure seamless communication and integration.
• Document and plan for new features based on customer feedback and requirements.
• Identify and mitigate any technical sales issues, influencing the overall account plan.
