Job summary

You will engage with inbound leads, manage opportunities from discovery to production, and act as a trusted technical advisor in customer decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded hardware or wireless product development environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
• Confident and consultative communicator with solid business judgment.
• Technical aptitude with embedded wireless products and datasheets.
• Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and commercial point of contact, supporting customers throughout evaluation, design, and production.
• Manage and qualify inbound leads from digital and distributor channels, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Own opportunities from initial engagement through volume production.
• Partner with distributors and internal teams to support customer design wins.
• Provide technical guidance during product development and recommend appropriate embedded wireless solutions.
• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and activity updates in CRM.
