Job summary
Foureyes is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support, owning data integrations, workflow automation, and warehouse connectivity. They work with clients and internal teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable Connect solutions that meet customer specs.
You will lead demonstrations, participate in discovery sessions, document architectures, and help draft SOWs. This remote-first role requires 2+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering and experience with
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation (N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
- Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and customer data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers, showing how Foureyes Connect helps solve their problems.
- Participate in discovery sessions to assess system environments and data sources.
- Document technical architectures and workflows for unique customer data architectures.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and support technical documentation.
- Own onboarding, integrations, and warehousing setups to meet customer use cases.
