Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to scale AI-enabled delivery across Services, Support, and Partners. You will design reusable IP, reference architectures, and productized accelerators that empower consultants and partners to deliver faster with higher quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on development of automations, AI workflows, and scalable delivery patterns in enterprise SaaS environments, with a focus on regulated industries and complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience: 8+ years in services/solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on ability to design and build technical solutions — configuration, integrations, automation, scripting, and AI-enabled workflows — in enterprise SaaS environments.
• AI/automation tooling fluency and judicious application to delivery workflows.
• Productization mindset: turning bespoke delivery work into repeatable offerings, frameworks or playbooks.
• Outcome orientation: focus on customer outcomes achieved in context, not just delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders, consultants and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy reusable IP for customer deployments (accelerators, templates, integration patterns, AI agents/workflows).
• Prototype and develop proofs-of-concept and production-grade accelerators hands-on.
• Translate Cornerstone product capabilities into productized, repeatable delivery patterns for multiple customers.
• Establish reference architectures and solution blueprints for deployment in complex environments.
• Convert bespoke delivery work into fixed, repeatable offerings that scale delivery capacity.
• Embed AI into delivery workflows to augment consultants and partners.
• Define and maintain delivery frameworks, playbooks, and infrastructure templates.
• Measure adoption, cycle-time reduction, quality, and outcomes; iterate assets based on field results.
