Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for Nor Cal (Finance). You will bridge technical solutions with customer needs, leading pre‑sales activities and shaping technical account plans across enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with sales, CS, and services, delivering compelling demos and workshops, and presenting our value proposition at industry events. Remote, with regional flexibility in Northern California.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and own end‑to‑end technical relationships.
• Understand customer environments and align Omnissa solutions with business goals.
• Lead pre‑sales activities: demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services and Support to drive outcomes.
• Present Digital Workspace value at industry events and executive briefings.
• Drive account plans, cross‑functional coordination, and progression of deals.
• Coordinate resources to ensure a one‑team approach and defined outcomes.
