Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive growth by translating complex blockchain solutions into customer value. You will guide prospects through technical discovery, deliver live demos, and recommend secure oracle-based data integrations that power DeFi and enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure successful engagements across global clients, with remote-first flexibility and strong emphasis on customer success and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management across large accounts.
• 2+ years in RWA/tokenised assets or Web3 tech.
• Experience with blockchain oracle networks and data integrations.
• Ability to read Solidity, Rust, or Move code.
• Experience delivering PoCs and confident product demonstrations.
• Strong ability to qualify technical needs and map solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical discovery qualification with prospective users.
• Make architectural recommendations for Chainlink solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and PoCs.
• Troubleshoot configuration and data integration issues.
• Support sales cycle with technical leadership and expertise.
• Act as trusted advisor linking tech to business value.
