Motorola Solutions is hiring a Solution Architect for a remote role in the United States. You will lead deployment of Computer Aided Dispatch, RM Systems, and mobile apps, interfacing with customers and project managers to ensure on-time delivery within scope and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in systems integration and public safety environments is preferred.
• Must have 4+ years in engineering/tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and install customer systems in a time-sensitive manner.
• Elicit requirements and communicate technical details to all levels.
• Understand public safety environments for security and reliability.
• Deliver solutions within defined interfaces and standards.
• Track billable hours and train new team members.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
