Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, seeks a Solutions Architect to partner with clients, design scalable Data & AI solutions, and lead teams from discovery to production deployment.

You will mentor engineers, advise executives, and promote AI-driven delivery practices across global projects. This is a remote role with international collaboration and a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or related consulting roles.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Data & AI solutions into production in cloud environments.
• Experience delivering with AI across the SDLC to improve design, productivity, and outcomes.
• Strong consulting leadership for technical discovery and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to translate client challenges into scalable Data & AI architectures.
• Act as the primary technical advisor throughout client engagements.
• Recommend architecture, tooling, and implementation approaches with design docs and plans.
• Drive enterprise Data & AI delivery from architecture to production deployment.
• Apply AI across the delivery lifecycle to improve design, productivity, and outcomes.
• Mentor engineers through architectural guidance and enablement.
