Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking aSenior Solutions Analyst to support a U.S. government client. This fully remote role requires U.S.

citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance. You will lead discovery, analyze missions, and translate findings into actionable requirements for Federal initiatives. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating process maps, and coordinating with product, engineering, and security teams to ensure compliant, traceable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, CX analysis and design, process improvement, data analysis, or management consulting.
• 4+ years supporting Federal civilian, defense, intelligence, or public-sector organizations.
• 3+ years leading complex analyses or multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead discovery, business analysis, systems analysis, and solution-definition activities for complex Federal initiatives.
• Assess missions, policies, operating models, workflows, data, controls, and stakeholder requirements.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional, nonfunctional, data, security, privacy, and reporting requirements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps, data flows, and use cases with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve ambiguity and manage dependencies.
• Support prototyping, testing, deployment, training, and transition efforts.
