H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Senior Reengineering Specialist to support a U.S. government client. The role is fully remote and requires U.S.

citizenship with an active Public Trust clearance. You will lead enterprise reengineering initiatives, develop future-state operating models, and coordinate with senior Federal leaders to drive performance improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in business-process reengineering, organizational design, or related discipline.
• 5+ years supporting Federal civilian, defense, intelligence, or public-sector organizations.
• 5+ years leading complex reengineering initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience redesigning complex business processes and operating models.
• U.S. citizenship required; active Public Trust clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead enterprise reengineering initiatives spanning multiple programs and organizations.
• Analyze missions, governance, roles, workflows, data, and customer experience.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, value-stream analysis, and related methods as needed.
• Identify bottlenecks, non-value-added activities, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop future-state operating models, end-to-end workflows, and governance structures.
• Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, and decision forums.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and change-management plans.
• Integrate process, organization, data, technology, risk, and controls.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and ensure deliverables are evidence-based and compliant.
• Document current-state processes and validate findings with stakeholders.
