Job summary

Neuron7.ai is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) to join our remote US-based team. You will drive discovery sessions, craft persona-based demonstrations, and manage POC efforts to quantify business impact for complex service environments.

You will interact with executives and frontline teams, validating AI-driven value, guiding technical roadmaps, and ensuring security and interoperability with CRM/FSM ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering for SaaS product companies, with enterprise selling in complex cycles.
• Deep functional knowledge of Contact Center and Field Service use cases; understanding triage, dispatch, parts management, and break-fix lifecycle.
• Experience with Manufacturing, Medical Devices, or High Tech customers is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce (Service Cloud/FSM), Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CX ecosystems.
• Technical ability to discuss APIs, data ingestion, and cloud security with IT.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to engage executives and frontline agents across personas.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to understand current Contact Center and Field Service workflows, data, pain points.
• Configure and deliver compelling product demonstrations tied to business outcomes.
• Define success criteria for POCs and coordinate with SMEs to validate AI predictions.
• Build ROI models with the sales team to quantify value improvements in metrics like FCR and AHT.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and ensure alignment on architecture and security.
• Advocate for new product capabilities based on market feedback to help close future business.
