Neuron7.ai is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering AI-driven Resolution Intelligence for complex service environments. The Principal Solution Consultant will lead discovery, deliver persona-based demos, and drive POC programs across CRM/FSM ecosystems.

The role supports a 100% remote arrangement with occasional in-person trainings in San Jose and up to 30% travel for customer meetings, events, and conferences. Strong customer storytelling and ROI modeling are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting in SaaS
• Deep knowledge of Contact Center and Field Service domains
• Enterprise selling experience with multi-stakeholder cycles
• Ability to build business cases linking tech value to outcomes
• Proficiency with CRM ecosystems and security considerations

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client Contact Center and Field Service workflows
• Configure and deliver tailored demonstrations showing business impact
• Manage Proof of Concept (POC) scopes with SMEs
• Build ROI models with Sales to quantify value improvements (FCR, dispatch, AHT)
• Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs/InfoSec questionnaires
• Advocate for product capabilities based on market feedback
