Job summary
Capsa Healthcare is seeking a Senior Software Solutions Architect to act as the technical steward of Axona's pharmacy fulfillment ecosystem. You will balance architecture with hands-on development to define service boundaries, patterns, deployments, and modernization priorities.
The role is remote with 30%–40% travel, reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture; you will own both backend and frontend layers and work across distributed systems including IoT platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 14+ years of software engineering experience.
- 6+ years in an architect or equivalent leadership role.
- Ownership of a production platform spanning backend and frontend.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical steward of end-to-end pharmacy fulfillment ecosystem.
- Define service boundaries, integration patterns, and API contracts.
- Lead modernization priorities while validating decisions through code.
