Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• 12+ years software engineering experience.
• 5+ years building distributed, real-time, or high-throughput systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture that connects pharmacy software with conveyors, PCLs, vision systems, divertors, and label printers.
• Own IoT and distributed system architecture with 50% travel as a remote role.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and secure device communication across the stack.
