Resumo da oferta

Adoreal Inc. is hiring a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a production-focused engineering team building an AI-enabled, HIPAA/GDPR-compliant SaaS platform for the plastic surgery industry.

You will manage engineers across time zones, drive delivery from planning to production, and ensure quality through reviews, tests, and incident response. You will still write production code, primarily in C#/.NET, and leverage Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Qualificações

• 8+ years building production software, including 3+ years managing software engineers directly, with responsibility for hiring and performance.
• You still write and ship production code as a manager, with C# and .NET experience.
• Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and AWS are a strong plus.
• Daily use of coding agents in your own engineering work, and experience rolling AI engineering practices out to a team.
• Written and spoken communication that works across time zones and with colleagues whose first language is not English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a product engineering team that works directly on the workflows our clinics run every day.
• Lead a team of software engineers across time zones: one-on-ones, feedback, growth plans and performance conversations.
• Own the team’s delivery from problem to production, including planning, estimation, risk and release readiness.
• Lead incident response for your team’s systems and make sure every incident leaves the platform safer than it found it.
• Ship code yourself every week: features, fixes and improvements to the team’s tooling.
• Review the team’s pull requests and teach through them.
