Job summary

Adoreal Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team delivering high‑impact healthcare SaaS. You will hire, coach, and set the bar for engineers, translating product intent into actionable plans and production delivery across multiple time zones.

You will write and ship production code while guiding teams in AI practices, code quality, and incident response. This role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and a strong focus on HIPAA/GDPR-compliant

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software with leadership experience.
• 3+ years directly managing software engineers.
• Proficient in C# and .NET; frontend with Angular.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• HIPAA/GDPR/SOC 2 or equivalent regulatory exposure.
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a product engineering team across time zones.
• Hire, coach, and set engineering bar with Head of Engineering.
• Ensure quality via reviews, tests, and production behavior.
• Own delivery from problem to production with planning and risk.
• Collaborate with product management to define work.
• Lead incident response and keep the platform safer.
• Contribute code weekly alongside the team.
• Review PRs and enforce code quality including AI components.
• Keep up with AI engineering practices and rollout.
• Mentor engineers to grow into leadership roles.
