Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software.
• 3+ years managing software engineers directly.
• Hands-on manager who still writes production code in C#/.NET.
• Experience with Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Daily use of coding agents and AI engineering practices in team work.
• Strong written and spoken communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a product engineering team that works on clinic workflows and related platforms.
• Manage engineers across time zones including regular 1:1s, feedback, growth plans and performance reviews.
• Ensure code quality with reviews, meaningful tests, and production monitoring.
• Own delivery from problem to production, including planning, estimation, risk, and release readiness.
• Lead incident response for team systems and ensure platform safety and reliability.
• Review PRs and mentor team using AI-generated outputs with high standards.
