Adoreal Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team that supports clinics' daily workflows. You will hire, coach, and level engineers, translating product intent into actionable plans while delivering features, fixes, and robust reviews.

You will ship code weekly using AI-enabled tooling and guide your team through incidents, quality, and architectural decisions, across multiple time zones for a remote-first company.

Formación

• 8+ years building production software.
• 3+ years directly managing software engineers.
• You still write and ship production code as a manager (C#/.NET).
• Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and AWS are a strong plus.
• Daily use of coding agents and AI engineering practices.
• Teams built or operated under HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 or similar regulation.
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong written and spoken communication across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a software engineering team across time zones with coaching, growth plans and performance conversations.
• Hire for the team and shape the hiring bar with the Head of Engineering.
• Ensure quality through reviews, tests, and production behavior.
• Own the team's delivery from problem to production, including planning, estimation, risk and release readiness.
• Collaborate with product management to ensure clear stories and the right builds.
• Lead incident response for the team's systems to improve platform safety.
• Ship code weekly for tooling with AI agents; review PRs and maintain standard quality for AI outputs.
• Stay current on AI engineering practices and roll out successful tools and workflows.
• Grow engineers who will lead after you.
