Job summary

Adoreal Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team that builds the workflows clinics rely on daily. You will hire, coach, and level engineers, turning product intent into actionable plans and delivering features and fixes weekly with AI-driven tooling.

As a remote-first U.S. company with distributed teams across time zones, you will oversee end-to-end delivery from planning to production, ensuring code quality, and advancing our AI engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software
• 3+ years managing software engineers directly
• Proficient in C# and .NET
• Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 or similar regulations
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones
• Written and spoken English across time zones

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team of software engineers across time zones
• Hire for the team and shape the hiring bar with the Head of Engineering
• Ensure quality through code reviews, tests, and production behavior
• Own delivery from problem to production including planning and release readiness
• Collaborate with product management to shape work before it starts
• Lead incident response for your team’s systems and improve platform safety
• Contribute code weekly with AI-driven tooling
• Review PRs and raise the bar for AI-drafted work
• Stay current with AI engineering practices and roll out effective workflows
• Grow future engineering leaders
