Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer contractor to help build reinforcement learning environments for AI training projects. You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions using MCP tools.

The role focuses on tasks such as bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization, with emphasis on clean, well-documented code and clear feedback on solutions. Remote work is supported, roughly 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with bug fixing and debugging complex software issues.
