Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on a remote, contractor basis (~15 hours/week) to support an AI training project. You will create reinforcement learning environments that evaluate AI models on complex software engineering tasks using MCP tools.

Responsibilities include designing reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python 3, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience debugging and fixing complex software issues.

Responsibilities
