Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support an AI training project by creating reinforcement learning environments that evaluate software tasks using MCP tools. This contract role is remote and ~15 hours per week.

You will design reproducible environments, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for bug fixing, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization. No prior AI experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, Java, C++, Rust, or TypeScript in production.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience debugging complex software issues.

Responsibilities

• Create reinforcement learning environments for software tasks.
