Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst - Software Development Engineering to join the Application Production Support team, supporting Java, Angular, APIs, and cloud-based enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves production incident resolution, root cause analysis, and code fixes, with collaboration across engineers, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders, while delivering reliable system enhancements for the PBM domain.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in software development, application support, or production support environments.
Experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based applications.
Experience developing front-end apps with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience in cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Experience analyzing logs, monitoring dashboards, and system alerts to diagnose production issues.

Responsibilities

Provide production support and troubleshoot critical applications.
Investigate and resolve production incidents; perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with engineers, product owners, QA, and stakeholders to implement fixes and enhancements.
