The role focuses on Java microservices, Kafka, RESTful APIs, CI/CD on Google Cloud Platform, and healthcare data interoperability (FHIR/HL7).

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
7+ years with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful services.
5+ years designing microservices architectures.
3+ years with Apache Kafka.
3+ years with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
3+ years with Docker and Kubernetes.
2+ years with public cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop high-performance microservices.
Lead event-driven services using Kafka and ensure API governance.
Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards.
Collaborate with product, UX, and security teams to deliver cloud-native healthcare solutions.
Support HIPAA-aligned data flows and interoperability.
