Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years of experience; Master’s with 4+ years preferred.
• Experience with software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices.
• Experience with Agile practices including planning, grooming, sprints, standups, and retrospectives.
• Proficiency in GoLang and Java; Temporal Workflow experience.
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS and PL/SQL; Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Knowledge of REST API services; familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, Kafka, RESTful services, and testing (JUnit/TestNG).
• Cloud platform proficiency (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services (AKS, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Experience using AI development tools for high-quality coding; scalable, high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, and debug software; implement significant enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet requirements.
• Define and implement automated tests with product developers.
• Document work to promote transparency and reuse.
• Build enterprise-grade systems with target SLAs for scalability, reliability, performance.
• Participate in code reviews; manage multiple concurrent projects; maintain accountability.
