Job summary

Edmentum is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to shape AI-enabled, scalable software for education. You will lead delivery from idea to production, modernize legacy systems, and elevate engineering standards across the product landscape.

The role requires C#, modern .NET, and experience with Angular or React, plus AWS, DDD, and DevOps practices. A BS in CS with 5+ years of experience is expected. Minnesota or Central Time Zone preferred. Remote-first culture with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with AI-first engineering practices is a plus, including agentic development concepts.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions using .NET and Angular/React.
Lead design sessions and mentor engineers to raise standards.
Collaborate with product stakeholders on viability and estimates.
Modernize legacy applications and promote best practices.
Identify and address technical risks and inefficiencies.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Own the full solution lifecycle with a focus on quality and value.
