Lawelawe Defense Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Software Engineer to lead software development and act as a liaison between project management and development teams. The role involves communicating objectives, monitoring progress, and conducting code reviews for peers.

Requirements include MA/MS or BA/BS with extensive experience, active security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and strong Agile and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with extensive software engineering experience.
• Active security certifications and U.S. citizenship are required.
• Strong communications skills and Agile experience are essential.
• Hands-on experience with modern .NET stack and web technologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and SDLC management.

Responsibilities

• Understand client/server architecture and configure systems accordingly.
• Lead development, review code, and ensure API quality.
• Develop, test, and deliver responsive applications.
• Write and demo test releases to customers per Agile methods.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software; document code thoroughly.
