One Call is seeking a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to provide architectural depth, deliver hands-on leadership, and drive modernization across a legacy-heavy .NET environment. You’ll guide engineers, unblock teams, and shape decision-making in .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, and modern front-end stacks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications in C# and VB.NET across .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases with service extraction and modularization.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, logging, monitoring, and observability patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture and design discussions across multiple applications and services.
• Provide pragmatic, hands-on guidance to teams working across .NET, SQL, and mixed front-end stacks.
• Evaluate legacy architectures and propose modernization patterns (service boundaries, APIs, refactors).
• Contribute high-quality code in .NET/C#, and VB.NET where necessary, and improve CI/CD maturity.
