Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Senior SoC Design Engineer for a remote role in the USA. You will write architecture specifications for SoC subsystems and ensure coherent integration across blocks, interfaces, and power/clock networks.

You will collaborate with IP providers and cross-functional teams to define optimal configurations, propagate constraints, and drive improvements in timing, power, and quality flows.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in electrical engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in SoC integration roles.
• Experience integrating complex SoC subsystems (processors, PCIe, DDR).

Responsibilities

• Write architecture specifications for SoC subsystems and translate system intent into implementable design guidance.
• Integrate subsystems at the SoC level ensuring proper connectivity and interfaces.
• Collaborate with IP providers to determine optimal configuration options for subsystems and integration requirements.
• Create and propagate subsystem constraints from block to SoC level, including timing (SDC) and power intent (UPF).
• Develop and maintain design quality flows (CDC, RDC, linting, power analysis) and drive improvements.
