Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with Slate.
• Create and manage strategic success plans and project timelines for clients.
• Maintain deep Slate expertise to help clients be successful.
• Lead client implementations and assist colleagues across a range of clients.
• Use project management to keep implementations on schedule.
• Suggest remediation, enhancements, and exploration areas.
• Lead scoping and training sessions via MS Teams or in person.
• Prepare custom training materials for clients based on their Slate processes.
