Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across NJ engineering teams.
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Ship incremental improvements to Growth Partners' Princeton platform on a regular cadence.
• Sketch the Packer architecture, defend it in review, then build the thing.
• Lead Packer design reviews that catch the costly mistakes before Princeton, NJ builds them.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture.
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time.
