Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager II to lead start-up and activation of clinical research sites across complex studies. You will collaborate with sponsors, project teams, regulatory stakeholders, and sites to drive on-time delivery and compliance.

The role is remote with global teams across time zones, requiring strong leadership, risk management, and process improvement. Ideal candidates have CRO/pharma start-up experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related scientific field.
• Minimum seven years of CRO/pharma start-up/PM/site management experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead study start-up and site activation across projects.
• Own site activation deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical path activities.
• Monitor site identification, regulatory submissions, and contract progression.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track site activation metrics and communicate status to sponsors.
